Comment:  Strong chapters get the girls they want during recruitment and keep them. I don't know what you're talking about when you say that the only girls that will drop Zeta are the ones Zeta wants to drop. If they don't want a girl, they cut her BEFORE giving her a bid, not after. From what I've heard, girls drop Zeta when they realize what they've actually gotten into and decide it's not for them. I'm calling BS on your entire post.
