Comment:  I have never had a conversation that seemed even close to intelligent with a Pi Phi sister. What I'm saying is that they are not too smart. They are pretty social though (I wonder if there is a connection there...). They got in trouble a few years ago for breaking some rules. A lot of their older girls desistered, so they had a lot of cleaning up to do. Sort of went downhill from there.
