Comment:  isn't doing too great. They have ZERO involvement, bad grades, bad retention, not so cute, a hodge podge of members that gives a bad overall sisterhood impression. They are awkward in rush and still take the only girls left even though they have been here for 4 years. No way they should be #3 or ahead of other strong chapters here.
