Comment:  trying to be rude, just honest. what do all the mid tier houses have in common? BALANCE. some houses may have hotter girls, some are smarter, but overall they are WELL ROUNDED. zeta has just begun reaching in these categories. so are they mid tier now? doesn't look like they have the grades and retention rate is sill up in the air, so no, they aren't now. will they be in the near future? I can definitely see it. but what zeta needs is time. they're on the rise, they have to keep up the momentum.
