Comment:  Honest Ratings. ΣΧ has been a strong house at DU for years. But you're only as good as your last pledge class, and this past fall was not the best year for them-- that said, a weak rush year for Sigma Chi is still better than a decent rush for many fraternities. They're not down for the count yet, but they need to work for their self perceived status. A real top house doesn't have to treat people poorly and act like they're better than everyone else. They just know, and everyone else does too.
