Comment:  Honest ratings. I like Betas. They're motivated, intelligent and ambitious. But the chapter hasn't really decided on what direction they want to move as a fraternity. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Try and work on making yourselves better rounded. Top tier houses have a significant social presence, and that is something sorely missing from your chapter.
