Comment:  Honest ratings. Congrats ZBT, you had a good rush last year. If we're being honest, you throw some good parties and sororities always have fun at your mixers. Obviously, you're very involved on campus. But have you ever seen the TFM article on the different kinds of Top houses? ZBT is a dead ringer for the overachievers. You need to legitimize your initiation process, make your chapters less casual, and overall take your status as a rising fraternity seriously. Toughen up your pledgeship.
