Comment:  the whole quota thing is unfortunate, but true. The rumor that they may be in danger of losing their charter is not for sure yet. I doubt their nationals will close a chapter they just built a new house for. Sigma did not make quota this year, but I also heard another chapter did not as well. However, sigma has never been good at recruitment because they're mostly full of awkward girls. They tend to pick up most of their "normal" girls through COB when their more social girls can do the rushing.
