Comment:  ...two posts below. Yes, the house has been beat up over the years. Renovations won't help with being competitive, they will need a new house. Membership was down after probation for a # of years, but has grown considerably in the past few. 40+ man pledge class this fall should put them at well over 100 members. New Row with 90+ years of commitment to the University. Great parties.
