Comment:  Can be anyone or any groups claim...this is just personal opinions since there is no such rating at AU. If a group gets on here and thinks enough to want to rate their group high...then why ratet them low? That is how they think and you think differently. BUT, instead of just rating groups low so yours can move up...why not just spend the time and you and others rank YOUR group higher instead of trying to post low marks? It is still to say the least.
