Comment:  All this talk leads to one thing - this system is archaic and doesn't work as it should! Do the math ladies! Every year there are more rushees and more legacies! My sorority's chapter advisor told me yesterday they had 120 legacies and they're pledging 65. I know it's difficult - every sorority works individually as a national organization but at recruitment time they have to come together and work out a better system that is designed to fit a particular school's circumstances. Panhellenic needs to step up and rework things NOW!
