Comment:  I think Phi Delt is lower middle tier. Some people think it's bottom tier though. However, I think the guys are really nice. People often compare Phi Delt with Beta. I would say 100% Phi Delt is better than Beta because the guys are so much nicer / not as sloppy / and aren't as douchey. If you're deciding between the two, I would definitely recommend Phi Delt over Beta. I always have a good time there and have met some great guys.
