Comment:  Extremely underrated. AOPi and APhi always seem to come out on top, but I'm not sure why. ChiO's are all sweet girls who are super fun and down to earth. I haven't met a ChiO I haven't wanted to be friends with. Even when I don't know the girl, she's always really genuinely nice to me. That says a lot.
