Comment:  IMO, Pi Phi is the top sorority at UT. Pi Phi has some haters but the Pi PHis remain classy about it all. They just get a lot of attention. I live in the Castilian and I don't see homeless people in front of their house. Geez, their house is like Buckingham Palace.
