Comment:  I have heard Chi-O makes the biggest first cut of any of the sororities on campus. Even if a girl is adorable she won't make that first cut unless she her GPA and resume are amazing. I'm sure your cousin will find a great sorority for her - hope she doesn't get discouraged or take it personally. Chi-O's are awesome but so are lots of other groups:)
