Comment:  Leasing a house from Lambda Chi Alpha who is rumored to come back soon. What happens when they get off their lease? Are they gonna move to Shaw like those joke apartment frats? Parties overhyped, bros are rude if your a dude, and eager with the alcohol if your a lady or sorority chick. Alcohol runs out by midnight. Parties are crowded cause they shove everybody in a small environment aka courtyard and barn multipurpose room. Don't recommend joining this house if you want a real fraternity experience with traditions and brotherhood, everybody here is more concerned about getting laid and staying on top of their so called pedestal instead of genuine fratting out.
