Comment:  Good chapter, history of drama & some preoccupation with tiers, though. It depends year to year whether they're closer to DG & top-tier, or more solidly (though GOOD) second-tier with Pi Phi. The social ladder-climbing is getting a bit old, drama from year to year doesn't help, either.
