Comment:  Tru Delt and Chi O at Ole Miss DO NOT take upperclassman quota. She does know what she is talking about as do I. Seems to me that you ate the one that knows nothing about rush at Ole Miss. The chapters have close to 300 members because quota there has not been less than 93 for the past 6 years. Last year quota was over 100. You should do research before you post.
