Comment:  The same 6 guys run this fraternity and they have improved it alot..But unless you are crazy about those same 6 guys I don't recommend rushing. Their partys are the same thing everytime with the same 10 guys there and the same girl 4 girls there everytime. Phi Delt gets old fast
