Comment:  a lot of houses seem to be dropping off because their seniors are graduatiing. This house however seems like it benefits from their seniors graduating. They were the guys who tried to hard to win awards and not care about inter fraternity relations. these newer guys are hotter, more fun, and a lot friendlier than the seniors they had graduating. people talk about sigma chi and sig ep as top houses now and i can see that for next year. im actually interested in seeing how these younger, cooler guys handle the house
