Comment:  Theta is one of the "top" sororities here. Ranked between 1 and 3 depending who you ask. But honestly, don't get confused and think that means everyone likes them. Far from it. Their inability to hold their alc helped lodge get kicked off campus, the girls that "don't fit in" as well to their pledge class are sometimes ostracized, and while of course many fraternities like them they're not the universal favorite either. Basically, there are some absolutely great girls in theta but there are in every house. Obsessing about theta or saying that everyone thinks they're the best just heightens their ego and makes tensions in the greek scene that don't have to be there.
