Comment:  There's a huge disconnect between youngest and older classes. I wanted a pledgeship and was really disappointed. The initiation process was totally a joke and deserves ridicule. It's gonna change. Regardless of how well ZBT does during rush, if they are going to be a top chapter at DU there has to be some serious adjustments made. Brothers are close, but need to show the greek comm. and themselves that they can and will earn the status. It's come a long way from 05, but a lot of work to be done
