Comment:  They no longer have official standing as an active fraternity on campus. They were not kicked off, but elected to "merge" with DKE when the administration took back their house and gave it to a sorority. In their heyday, no one would dispute that they were the hardest partying fraternity on campus that some how avoided getting kicked off for a violation.
