Comment:  The point was that there's a difference between the law and the reality of the situation. Sig Ep played a role sure, but they didn't drink all the alcohol, and they didn't abduct the girl. While they may share some of the blame, they get pinned with the largest share, while they are not, by a long shot the most responsible party for her awful night.
