Comment:  The fact of the matter is that Phi Sig attracts random girls who wouldn't otherwise be interested in Greek Life. They ARE friendly to other chapters, but because they're at the very bottom, they don't have much of a place to be conceited or boastful. A good sisterhood isn't the only thing that a sorority should have, and Phi Sig needs to step it up.
