Comment:  the person who called themselves "Panhel" DID give every house all 5's. just look at every sororities page. obviously other people have ranked under the name "Panhel" but this person made all their ranks on the same day so just look for all "Panhel" comments/ranks made on the same day. giving all 3's just so it's a neutral rank.
