Comment:  not a Pi Phi, but from what I've seen on campus and now the website, they look good. Well groomed, and on the web, with the Pres. pix, and the girls with the long blonde hair all makes for a good impression. Most of the Big 6 look like they could be intertwined and no one could tell the difference.
