Comment:  I have tried really hard to like Chi O - both the chapter and individual members I've known - but there's something that always rubs me the wrong way. I think they are just trying too hard to be the best at something, and they come across as being really pushy and unpleasant. Plus, the whole bid promising thing is a big no-no.
