Comment:  cute and nerdy but honestly think so much of themselves as rising to be a top house and they are wrong. Sigma Chi/SAE/Phi Psi are the top tier and i seriously doubt ZBT will ever join their ranks. They might go from lower middle tier to like mid middle tier though?
