Comment:  Honestly, absolute bottom house here, but could sell as middle tier at some other universities (probably not in California, but anyways). Nice girls, a little shy or awkward, and generally plain-to-fairly-cute girls. There is a difference between a BAD house and an unpopular house. They just aren't popular, but they are generally good girls.
