Comment:  1's and 2's is not fair at all. Chi O and DG are easily the 2 classiest houses, although DG does have more girls that go out than XO. But overall, other sororities have a larger group of girls that party than the groups that do in DG and Chi O. You could maybe argue that the group in DG that does go out is not classier than others, but overall, it's still less members that party then others. But Chi O is definitely classiest.
