Comment:  This is a good place to join if you're an engineer and not looking for the "frattiest" house on campus. Their brotherhood is very strong. They have a decent number of mixers with sororities (mid tier and below) and at least one (usually two) large open party each semester. Also, their house is huge and fairly nice inside. Some may say they're socially awkward, but...they're all engineers. Awkward is relative.
