Comment:  probably declined the most after gamma phi in recent years. still has a strong reputation because they try to maintain it, but image and perception is crumbling to the truth. some nice girls who rushed well with their good personalities, but mostly girls who aimed for status but didn't make the cut at dg/kappa due to poor looks/personality. went from highest gpa, involved girls to coachella/rave types with "ironic" hipster looks. used to be adpi with status and money. now adpi with the facade of status and money
