Comment:  Pi Phi is really just a random mix of girls. Some are really hot, some are not. Some know how to party, some are book worms. Overall, they don't make a huge impression to many people. However, all ones I have met are very friendly and laid back. I would rank them as a lower mid tier. Zeta/Adpi/Pi Phi are all pretty much equal for most in Greek Life.
