Comment:  Im not saying pi phi doesn't come and rank and bash because they clearly do. Other than the obvious, they are great girls, with good relations and great sisterhood. Yeah they aren't top anymore but they are still a great house. Their downfall came when they left their OC girl image behind and took in all the pretty hipsters.
