Comment:  Personally, I like the Kappas a lot. I almost went Kappa, but I was a legacy at a different chapter. Many of the Kappas I know are super chill and relatively drama-free. Most Kappas here know they're not the best chapter, and I don't think they're really trying to change that. I'd put them at like #5.
