Comment:  Ya they're not top 3. I feel like they're heading that way, depending on how their rush goes. I personally am a huge fan of kappas. Even though I'm in a dif sorority they always invited me up hang out or go out with them and they made sure I was included when sometimes my own sisters left me hanging.
