Comment:  used to be a middle tier house until they remodeled their house to look like a Malibu home not too long ago. now that the mccluggage dynasty is over, the house has returned back to its middle tier roots but insists upon claiming a top house title and attitude. i would say similar to adpi/tridelt in terms of looks which isn't anything to be ashamed of, but for theta means they aren't top anymore. far from it
