Comment:  one thing this house has is longevity, as the epsilon chapter of the sorority. frankly there isn't much draw to joining this house. no potential, nowhere to go in the rankings. nice girls join but ultimately it's taking up a whole lot of real estate on 28th st that could house two more fraternities/sororities instead, to be honest
