Comment:  They definately have alot of hot girls but I feel like their recruitment has gone down in recent years. DHIE is competing stronly with them and I think it's safe to say they are now about on the same level of hotness, but I would say most DHIEs are more "real" towards people. Phi mu has alot of great girls but some of them spoil it and are snobby and think they are above everyone. I personally think that if they don't step it up more in recruitment and don't change their attitude towards the rest of the greek community they will lose their spot at the top.
