Comment:  A Phis are definitely getting better. they may even becoming the new Pi Phis - good and bad. if your name card is folded walking into their house during recruitment, you won't be called back the next day because your physical appearance isn't up to par. I have loved many girls in this house, yet some I have questioned how they managed to get in. Only have events with fraternities because no sorority will have one with them.
