Comment:  I don't understand, why is this fraternity going to be made/broke by the first PC? I'm sure they will get a decent class anyways as it will be their turn now to have the cheapest dues on campus (PIKE last year) among other things, and the following year they'll have the best house on campus and will be the only ones beside Sigep to own their property (one of the things that makes/made Sigep the best here). I'm pretty sure these guys will get to the top again soon, Pi Kapp has always been top here.
