Comment:  Good sense of brotherhood within the Phi Delt house. Their cohesiveness should help them through a current rough patch with administration. If they can get improve relationships with administration and sororities, they should be alright. Their yearly quarrels with the local fraternity on campus seem to hurt their image with the Greek community as well.
