Comment:  RC Greek hit his explanation right on the nail. Theta has fallen off their perch as top fraternity for numerous reasons RC Greek mentioned. They seem to be getting worse pledge classes with each year and the downward spiral is becoming to be a deeper hole for Theta to fix. Their image on campus is diminishing as internal issues tear this house apart like sleeping with their own brothers' girlfriends.
