Comment:  became an increasingly better house this year. they tried really hard to get rid of their reputation of not showing up places, and were definitely more involved around campus. whenever i see chi o's together they always seem to be having a good time. i've never met a chi o who was rude to me or anyone around me. becoming a top house for sure
