Comment:  Not saying "omg new top house!" (maybe low-middle?) but definitely the most improved, which since they're the newest isn't too surprising, yet other houses now that admission standards have gone up have gotten worse while they haven't. BUT they still have a good attitude...as in, improving was a side effect, not the goal (aphi, are you paying attention?)
