Comment:  This house is really on a holding pattern/ decline. It sucks cause there are quite a few nice guys but there are still plenty of stoners and douchebags there even after your nationals did their review. Btw- why would you even talk about that, should have kept that on the hush hush. You boys totes need to take care of your house more! its a real turnoff when girls come over and its destroyed- windows broken, holes in the walls, smelly dirty carpet, 8 shades of paint. That's why we turnaround and head to other houses. Get your grades up, recruit better boys organize powederpuff better. You totes will turn it around!
