Comment:  Phi Mu has all of the qualifications that make a top house? Retention of members - they only have 35 members left from each of the 2009 and 2010 pledge classes (yet to see how many of the 2011 class return). They are 4th in grades. First representatives on homecoming court in 3 years. First Miss MSU in many years. Did not make quota in 2010 (not be choice either). They are pretty and that is about it other than knowing how to party. These things DO NOT make a top house.
