Comment:  Don't forget about their popularity! It's not just their poor grades that keep them in bottom three, but their retention rate. They're one of the smaller houses on campus ecause they can't retain members. Don't get me wrong, they seem to recruit well and always meet quota, but then all of the sudden they drop like flies. What's up with that? There must be more to the story than just "poor grades" keeping them in bottom three
