Comment:  ROTC Guy rumors are true. Think, he had 2 choices; either lie and retain his big/ full scholarship & shift all the trouble and responsibility off of him, or tell the truth, lose scholarship, maybe have to drop out of college if he cant afford UD, fines, get his ROTC guys probably in a bit of trouble of which he knew longer/ was better friends with. Come on, doesn't anyone on here have a brain about why he would have incentive to lie? Most of us lie all we can to try to get out of an alcohol write up in stewart, so dont tell me you wouldn't have incentive to lie in this guys situation. University would rather error on making a type 2 error, they'd rather take the safe side and punish the fraternity falsely than risk any liability/ legal claims to come from the family if they were to essentially call the kid a liar. Private school, they do whatever the hell they want.
